SHOWCASE!

SHOWCASE! is a new advertising vehicle designed by FrontGate Media to help smaller and start-up Christian-owned companies reach larger numbers of Christian consumers. Three of the advertising spaces in the first SHOWCASE! feature Christian comics and graphic novels: the SERENITY and SHELTER OF WINGS manga, and the "Guardian Line" of comics.

SHOWCASE! was used to promote these comics and other Christian "entertainment" products to more than 1 million Christian consumers from September through Christmas 2006. This was accomplished primarily through 3 leading Christian market media vehicles:

• More To Life: Published by the Munce Retail Group with 100,000 copies per issue for 2 issues totaling 200,000 consumers
• Bubblemag: A new lifestyle mag: 50,000 copies per issue for 2 issues totaling 100,000 consumers (plus additional web site views)
• iTickets: Considered the top direct email database in the market: 350,000 subscribers for 2 direct email sends totaling 700,000 consumers.

FrontGate Media states, "At the most conservative measurement of only printed copies or subscribers, this is over 1 million views. Total readership is easily between 1.3 to 1.6 million. SHOWCASE! is a one-two punch, hitting consumers with the high demand Sep/Oct and Nov/Dec magazine issues, and reinforcing again in October and very early December with direct emails."
